Warranty requests

Pneumech Air or "pneumaticonline.com" Provides six months warranty on its products against any defect of material or workmanship. Defective parts would be replaced or repaired, provided the same is returned to pneumaticonline.com within six months. No warranty is implied or offered on personal injury/loss of life, loss of wages, medical expenses, loss of machine production time, damage to machinery, equipment or facilites. Warranties do not apply to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or misapplication of the product.

Returns Policy

Any items requested for return must be approved by Pneumech Air or"pneumaticonline.com" prior to return shipment, must be accompanied by Pneumech Air and be shipped prepaid freight by the customer ,shipments made without meeting these requirements will be refused .Any items considered for return credit must be a standard stock items, in the original packaging ,unused ,and returned within 15 days from date of purchase . Configured parts made to order are not returnable.

How will my order be despached

Standard stock items will be despached within 24 hours after confirming the order. we deliver stock items within 24 hours in delhi , NCR and other states within 3-4 working days, Configured items and large order will be despached within 1-2 weeks after after confirming the order.

We guarantee to deliver the exact product you selected, without defects. In case you have received a different product, or if the product was damaged in transit, please contact us within the stipulated time period and we will ensure that we replace it or refund you for it.

Please note that delivery times vary according to products. Although we deliver goods within the committed time period, but there could be occasional delays. We will contact you, in case deliveries are expected to get delayed.

If you have purchased something at pneumaticonline.com and the product did not meet your expectations or does not fit your needs, then you can return the product to us; no questions asked, as long as it is in its original packaging and accompanied by its invoice. We will even make the return process simple for you – just contact our customer support and e-mail me ,we’ll arrange to pick up the product from your premises . Alternately, you can us by courier.

Damaged in transit

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. If you accept a package that is damaged or tampered with, our return policy does not hold.

If you open the packaging and discover that the item was damaged, please contact us immediately for a return or replacement. pneumaticonline.com reserves the right to determine whether the product has been damaged in transit or damaged while being used.

Please note that shipping charges will also be refunded in case a defective product was shipped and we are unable to replace the product. We will guide you through the process or returning the product to us. Please contact customer support for assistance.

Defective products

If you find that the product you have received is defective and does not meet your expectations, you return the product to us, along with the original invoice, within 15 days, for a replacement or refund. The product should be unused or have a manufacturing defect; products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. We will inspect the product once it reaches us, and reserve the right to determine if the product qualifies for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

We will refund the money only the way the payment was made. If the payment was by credit card or net-banking, we will refund the credit card or net-banking account. If the payment mode was cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. We regret that we cannot change the mode of refund.

We will initiate the refund process once we have received the product. We guarantee that refunds will be processed in less than 10 working days. In case the payment was made by cheque, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once.
